Data controller
The data controller for this website is AMS, a French SASU, 50 rue Ernest Renan, 69120 Vaulx-en-Velin, France.
Contact: contact@ams-automation.fr.
Data you send to AMS
The website does not create user accounts and does not submit a contact form to an AMS server. The contact form prepares a message in the user's email application.
When you contact AMS by email, the information you choose to provide (name, email address, company, message content and any attachments) is used to answer your request, prepare a commercial proposal or manage an ongoing professional relationship.
Retention period
Correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and manage the professional relationship, then deleted or archived where retention is required by law or by a legitimate need for evidence.
Cookies and trackers
At present, AMS does not use non-essential cookies or trackers for advertising, profiling, retargeting or audience measurement.
No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta/Facebook Pixel or equivalent advertising tool is enabled on this website.
Therefore, the website does not display an artificial consent banner when no consent is required. If consent-based trackers are introduced in the future, they will be blocked before consent and the interface will make refusing them as easy as accepting them.
Third-party technical resources
The website may load certain technical resources from third-party services, such as web fonts or interface libraries. During these technical requests, the relevant providers may receive information necessary to deliver the resource, such as the IP address and browser information.
AMS does not use these resources to build advertising profiles of visitors.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and applicable French data-protection law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data and, where applicable, restriction of processing or object to certain processing activities.
To exercise your rights: contact@ams-automation.fr.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) if you believe your rights have not been respected.
Changes to this policy
This page is updated when website features or services change. Any future introduction of analytics, marketing or advertising tools will be reviewed in advance to determine the applicable consent requirements.
