AMS develops, modifies and takes over Siemens PLC programs for new machines, upgrades to existing equipment and migration projects. Support can start with the functional analysis and continue through software testing and on-site commissioning.

Control architectures are mainly based on SIMATIC S7-1200 and S7-1500. Existing S7-300 installations are also supported when troubleshooting, software changes or migration to a current Siemens platform are required.

PLC software designed for real production conditions

Good PLC software is not only software that runs. It also needs to remain readable, diagnosable and maintainable once the machine is in production. Program structure, machine states, faults, acknowledgements, interlocks and HMI exchanges are therefore designed consistently.
